●Tu Yin, a very important arranger in Taiwan music industry and whose styles embody both popular and classical music, has a prolific portfolio of work. In almost 20 years of career, he has arranged more than 2,000 Mandarin pop songs for artists like Andy Lau, Jacky Chang, F4, Z-Chen Chang, Faye Wong, A-Mei, Jay Chou, Rene Liu etc.

●Tu’s profound experiences in pop music production and ingenious keyboard skills have been highly praised by the circle. Also, as performing art activities boom lately in Cross-Strait and Hong Long, he has always been the top choice of keyboard player in various concerts.

●In 2003, Tu joined the forces of EBTC Maestro Project. Aside from supervising part of the drama scores, he also reinterpreted the entrance music for those classic puppet characters with his skillful piano solo.

In his first piano album “Life Sketches”, music is stripped off the drama tensions to reveal its true color, as the restrained and articulate tones paint like a charcoal sketch. Through his magical fingers, listeners who are familiar with the original scores get to envisage the music from a different angle, while those who have never seen puppet dramas before may also admire the very essence of music through the master’s performance.
